Why no talk about coaches

Shouldn't org start signing coaches first, to find the right players that fit the vision. Or are coaches not important in this game. You hear nothing about it, even though are some pretty good ones LFT

coz coaches odnt matter they are kinda useless

i assume they will work with a coach if they can, or chose an IGL first

depends, some teams might rely on their general managers to establish a team culture and vision and some might rely on their players (coughSENcough)

Because we don't really have ways to measure their work. Nobody knows how good they are except the players and staff.

if igl or team already have good vision it makes sense not to sign a coach first but i still think coach/support staff should get signed first especially if rebuilding.

Coaches/Support staff is one of/or the most important part of building a good roster imo. 100T legit had a 180 with getting Sean and mikes and DDK. The guard grew to be insane with Mce, without a good coach/support staff you turn into Sentinels after masters 1, igl overworked and no set structure, and very reliant on individual skill.

I think it’s because coaches don’t get the spotlight enough, they need to stand up during like tech pauses and do like the griddy across the stage or maybe shout “TAKE THE L BOZO” or “LSET XSHIT” when they walk out to be more entertaining, then people will focus on them.

Fr. C9 really needs a good coach after losing autumn, and chet is right there. The stats show he's the best NA igl. If c9 doesn't pick up either him or mce they are trolling.
