That actually is the only change I would personally make and ik I'm biased and people will tell me why not Giants or Heretics instead so you make 2 2 and 2 spots. But the strong thing about these teams is that they get the Spanish fanbase yes, but also EMEA with time because they are not gonna actually sign Spanish players or not more than 1 each, meanwhile on the other hand Fut is gonna make a full Turkish roster, so yes, -FUT +BIG does make sense

Okay so I do agree BIG has more right to be in than both Giants and Futbolist. But my argument why is better to swap Fut instead of Giants is that: Giants does have Spanish fanbase yes, but also will have EMEA fanbase with time because they are not gonna actually sign Spanish players or not more than 1 most likely, meanwhile on the other hand Fut is gonna make a full Turkish roster, so one is gonna feel more like a place where players that deserve to be in will go more than like a Spanish spot, wether it's not the case with FUT.

Again, Ik I'm biased just explaining what my thought process is and asking for feedback

All I'm gonna tell you is KOI owner tweeted without too much time of notice that he had an announcement and he had a 100k people watch the franchising revel. So yes, absolutely massive, two more facts about them, they are cowned by Pique (Barcelona player) and Ibai (Two years in a row awarded best streamer in the world) holds twitch viewer record with 3.1 million viewers

Easy explanation:
Years ago the most succesfull teams (and also well-known) in EU could be counted with the fingers of one hand, nowadays that's not the case.
Right now we have new teams with good money (probably less than big orgs but it's not main thing) and one important thing is that they also have good fanbases, which are growing more and more everyday. With that in mind imo, Riot thinks they can have a sustainable league. Now what teams are those? Two perfect examples are already in the VCT EMEA, KOI and Karmine Corp.

It is true that Giants is probably the least expected selected team, fighting with Big or other orgs for the spot. Imo I would preferred to have Big instead of Giants and the league in Barcelona instead of Berlin.

I can understand that you think 3 Spanish orgs are too much. But sincerely, all of them have a big structure and a Big fan base. For me is more surprising that It Will be 2 TR than 3 SP teams. The Spanish teams Will make a European team. I cannot say the same with the Turkish teams that they will make a Turkish full roster.
