How have you not realized that it's not just to do with the quality of the current teams, and instead has to do with the sponsors they bring, the content they produce, the viewership, and maybe most importantly the financial stability of each org? If it was about the best teams, SEN wouldn't have a chance, sorry
lol what? Sen have an international title and make matches interesting to watch, they have a ton of viewership while also being a good team, don't be sour about it.
Also, if your point is "it's more than just a good team", what do other BR teams bring? I'm sure they're good, but it's crazy to think they pull more numbers than other NA teams, or more sponsors, or more stability.
So yes, BR is good, but NA has a better community at the moment. Could BR become better than NA? Sure, but it isn't the case right now.
SEN being a good team? Bro, this isnt 2021 anymore, SEN is just a group of streamers at this point, their matches are not fun to watch since their playstyle is the definition of "Default".
Brasil bring crazy numbers, and hype, there's a reason on why they are one of the main regions in csgo.
NA has a better community at the moment because they are somewhat competitive in this game, the moment that their teams show a slightest tweak at general performance, NA viewership will drop to the floor.
Did you even watch LCQ? Do you know the numbers pulled every time they play? They wouldn't pull those numbers if it wasn't fun to watch.
"Hype" is good but doesn't = a spot in Franchising, they can be hype in the T2 scene + NA has so many teams that can make great appearances, and that keeps the crowd watching.
Point being, in franchising, NA should have an extra spot. The rest of the teams can battle it out in T2, even if they are good and hype.

Sacaron esos numeros no porque sean exóticos o jueguen bien, sacaron esos numeros porque son streamers, juega el puto Shr0ud es obvio que la gente va a querer verlo, pero no por resultados deportivos ni porque sea divertido, sino porque quieren apoyar a su streamer de preferencia.
El hype si compra, preguntale a Fluxo que se gastaron una millonada en su equipo de csgo y la gente los acompañó, lo mismo con LOUD en estos eventos internacionales: la gente quiere comprar merch y el hype VENDE MUY BIEN.
NA va a tener ese spot extra no porque sean buenos (porque si hablamos de nivel, el T2 de BR y LATAM se le para a esos 3 equipos demas que van a traer), sino porque tienen la capacidad de inversion, los contactos y los intereses de Riot en revivir algo de amor por los esports en EEUU, que aunque sea un publico BASTANTE amargo, es un publico con muchisima capacidad de compra.
Pues si, eso es lo que te estoy diciendo; mi único otro punto es que Sentinels si es un equipo bueno y si da la talla para ser Tier 1.
El spot no es por puro talento si no por quien jala mas gente y dinero, ahi estamos de acuerdo, y por eso mismo te digo que NA si se lo merece. Aunque BR o LATAM tiene potencial, aún no ha logrado suficiente como para poder quitarle ese 1 spot a NA.

No lograron lo suficiente? Maestro ganaron el major de este juego, el titulo maximo, la region produjo al mejor equipo del mundo y eso nomas es merecedor de otro puesto. En csgo (cuyo circuito es honestamente mejor que lo que plantea Riot en Valorant) es asi la cosa, vos ganas un major = Tu region tiene un spot mas.
