Yeahh exactly.. not to bring him down or anything but he didnt put a performance that makes us say otherwise, i mean yeah he’s not bad the team is winning with him so yeahh he aint bad but in my opinion he isn’t that player that makes u lose full he just plays his role. He actually did by stomping both casual and pro players in the ranked games and became known as one of the ranked demons in the scene. So everyone saw that he is already crazy good to do that and there is always chance that he may become even better now under organisation.

Guide the opposite because Babybay actually is a good person/player who would never say anything with malicious intend but share his opinions based on the facts.
What you said is literal self report in my eyes and would recommend trying to let go of feelings of jealousy as it would have negative consequences on only on others around you but would consume your time and life when you could do or focus something better instead.
