Cause we are nepotistic shits and always stick with stuff for no reason other than: I know that guy"(it's no coincidence that more than half of the player are above 23)also the boomers need to go and indian orgs need to start scouting the sub continent for young prospects, only young hungry players can save this region (but that's not gonna happen cause of multiple reasons)

if they keep all indian players (Current ge roster) after being franchised, theyll get hate
if they poach some international players, theyll get hate from our own shitty audience for not keeping an indian only roster.

what they need to do is get some good imports in to stay competitive
but most importantly they need to get a good academy roster/scene set up to promote that new talent.

SA teams need competition to play against teams from SEA and OCE just to recognise their strength
