We have good coaches, the problem is that they are in CS:GO and not in Valorant.
Zeus, Gogu, Guerri and etc...
In Val we also have Fluyr (cancelled in tt), Bzka and Gatti(For me overhyped).

Cogu created CS:GO as we knew today back in 2006. Created the meta that is played until today by world around teams.
Created strategys alone for his team to succeed, have a name of a Position in the map inferno in CS 1.6 for a play that HE CREATED ALONE.
And did It basically alone, no YouTube, no help, ALONE. Creating pixels and entrys by his bare hands on a old LAN when he played turning around nights over and over.
Never disrespect the top 2 AWP Player from 2000-2010. He has a decade on his back of experience.
The best BR CS player from 00-10
He coached his own team to victory, teached his teamates How to play the game and the stats that he CREATED.
Got FNX and made him a world Champion at 16ys old of age.
When he was playing Val discovered How to abuse Jett back in 2020, way before TenZ or other "Jett abusers" discovered It.
