Money is just a number but people care about it, your value goes down in pro play the older you are because you have fewer years remaining.

ranked is way different to pro play, and considering jonas has never played pro and is over 30, would be rough to put him in the main roster

Average jonas does not have good aim
When he plays with pros he is constantly getting aim differ
Not to say he's bad or anything, but he HEAVILY relies on brains to be good (WHICH IS STILL GOOD)
Hes just not to the speed of the pros

He has however been scouted for assistant coaching specifically for creating lineups
