Yes they can, there’s a knights tournament coming up in 4 days they can play in the NSG summer champs. They would be choosing not to play at this point. They have opportunities though.
It depends on how the closed qualifiers go, NRG is in 7th place in NA circuit points (out of 8 that qualify)
So if 2 teams that dont have any points/are behind them in points make it to challengers finals (TSM, LG, Rise, T1, KCP, etc) then they wont be in last chance
