this is just my opinion, but we had so many better rosters, no cringe chamber, great highlights, trash talk was great

also 16 teams while the other masters only have 12

also 100t vs gmb and 100t vs acend were great series

when valorant first came out no one knew how to play (which i think was a bit more exciting for the viewer)
obviously executes and strats were worse but there were more individual clutch plays which made it a lot more entertaining

now teams play it the "right" way but that is just sort of boring with just dumping utility onto sites and such

there is also virtually no trash talk anymore, and trash talk on lan (sentinels and old envy) was so entertaining
