Cause they have sinatraa already, and dapr is basically the filler. while asuna and sinatraa can flex and play what they're comfortable with in whatever map, dapr fills in whatever is missing.

Russia would roll just pick anything between Redgar, nAts, Sheydos, Chronicle, Jady, purp0, Cloud, Suygetsu, Shao, Trexx etc

but Finland has chances of doing well as well: Derke, Jamppi, Hoody, Bonecold, Iluri/H1ber/someone else
Sweden and Lithuania would be my darkhorses with Finland.
