The beta sentinel and duellist instalockers are always below me in kills.

You must be a beta KJ main. I bet your turret gets more kills than you

Riot is atleast working on cypher buff (dev confirmed, no time table, similar to Phoenix)

Killjoy we've heard nothing, but she fell outta the meta mostly because of how countered her util is specifically by breach, kayo, sova, raze, etc. Plus Chamber taking over the meta. Could see come back on like Ascent maybe. But she needs a buff at this point too tbh
