A new game mode has been in preparation for the future. This mode is called “Hurm” and it is similar to death match, but with the addition of abilities as a race to 100 kills. Other information is still unknown, but it is great to see a game mode in place after a long wait

But why? Just add normal DM with 100 kills. I guess it good to practice against flying Jetts and Razes but outside of that why would anyone play this?

Yes? I don't even play Valorant almost at all. I just know that current Valorant DM is hot garbage and increasing the kills to 100 would improve it. While this mode sounds so bad and dumb in my head. Like what is even the point? People smoking areas so you can't see anyone, spamming flashes to your face, using prawlers, boombots etc. Like how is that fun in DM first to 100 kills setting?

edit: if its team vs team like Team Deatmatch in CoD then I can understand I thought that it was free for all

Please god riot just add a fucking deathmatch before more gamemodes, you can't use the excuse that the people working on this wouldn't be the same department that does DM since it's literally a gamemode. I don't wanna boot CS anymore to warm up holy
