Their players are absolutely insane including the supporting cast (not life and kk). That being said, they're not as coordinated as most S and A tier teams (FPX, PRX, Optic, Fnatic, etc), and that will cost them on the international stage. They also tend to do agressive overpeaks which can pay off, but when they're facing players just as good as them, might throw a bunch of rounds. I predict they'll definitely make it out of groups, but I have no clue how much further they'll make it. I do expect they'll get much better in the future though. Champs will be a great learning experience for them.

this is like seeing the same takes on prx every time their name came up before copenhagen run 😂. And for #3 saying prx have more depth and more coordinated, this is false. It's not like EDG have no teamwork and just run in without strats, they do have good execute, fakes and stuff. They play a much different game than prx, prx are constantly pushing even on defend. EDG are agressive but not always, and big thing is once they get the initial advantage after being agressive they dont throw it away. Not saying EDG is better than PRX before they even play but these takes about they are not coordinated and just winning because they win their duels is so wrong. Their aim is insane and so is their strats.
No they have good strats that's not my point. My point is that a lot of the time in midrounds, some players will push agressively when it's not strictly necessary, and either win the round for them or die and leave them at a disadvantage. I saw it a lot against NTH and onslayers. I think with time, they'll iron those out, and can be a top 4 team worldwide, I just don't expect that from them at champs yet.
I also watch their every matches and I dont really agree tbh. They do throw rounds though when they get too comfortable and close to winning but probably just too confident since they just run over the other team, probaly not gonna happen in champ and they will take it more seriously. Their gameplay right now look really really good but the lcq level is not the highest so we can't be too sure. Can only wait for champ to see how they do. The only thing im kinda worried about is not having a lot of time to practice with chamber nerf ( too big part of every teams ) and pearl
