riot has leverage over the players, which are the ones accused, so they can force them to cooperate and BAN them if they DONT COOPERATE, not ban them for doing it or not doing it but for not cooperating. riot wont have leverage on the accusers especially if they dont play valorant professionally but because they are the accusers and have the burden of proof i think they will more than likely comply and cooperate, and if they dont then riot can just say hey we tried but the accuser wont cooperate so we cant do anything and thats fine, but that isnt what is happening or being told to us.
im not saying its riots job to criminally prosecute them or that their findings should be used in a criminal prosecution against them. but i think i speak for many when i said i dont want sexual assaulters and rapists in the game and because riot has the power to investigate these things and the power to ban players from competing they should use that to find any truth to the allegations made in both cwaudias ( a woman) and sinatraas (a man) case. They should also use the investigation to clear the names of the accused if they allegations have no basis. When these players are big figures in such a public scene that represents riot, riot has an obligation to its players and fans to investigate these properly.
they can threaten to not remove them from the game entirely, force sinatraa/ cwaudia to give a written and signed statement to what happened or not be allowed to play, and then go off of that statement as well as the accuser/victims statement find the discrepancies and investigate them by talking to other parties involved and seeing where the truth lies, but i wouldnt be surprised if riot just said that shit and then did absolutely nothing and then tweeted this shit after a bit.

This is also similar to sinatraas case where they made no headway but then Cleoh came out and said she wasnt asked for the video by riot nor questioned at all by them. So they fumble that investigation and now this one, and i gotta ask are they even trying at all?? now we have to potential assaulters in the scene, or two players whos rep have been tarnished because riot cant find literally anything, cant confirm one detail even. these are serious allegations on both side and riot just doesnt care which is honestly awful
