probably no, Bleed M( the owner of Bleed) went to PSG SG office today so most likely they will be buying PRX roster(if PRX didnt make it coz i saw many news that are saying that the teams/orgs that make it will be quite shocking and disappointing)
I think the logical answer is Bleed buying PRX when the time comes as numerous reports and people have said PRX is in very high doubts to make franchising.
It's not possible my friend unless they pick up individual players. Bleed hasn't applied for franchising here, so they can't compete, and they need Asian players for the other VRL
