ikr same thing for emea this tourney
rito giving bedge matches
and also the seeding allowed for fnatic vs optic and xset vs fpx this tournament btw
the NA and EMEA 1st seeds are put as top seeds of playoffs
the SA and APAC 1st seeds are put as 2nd seeds of playofs
the 1st seeds of groups are put as 3rd seed
the 2nd seeds of groups are put as 4th seed in playoffs
fnatic vs optic and xset vs fpx would actually have been good but rito is stupid
the 3 emea teams and 2 na teams on same side could have easily been avoided yes.
but also what i meant by:
the NA and EMEA 1st seeds that passed into playoffs are put as top seeds of playoffs
the SA and APAC 1st seeds that passed into playoffs are put as 2nd seeds of playofs
this means that the na and emea teams that were already in playoffs get to play against the 2nd seed of group stage (easier matchup)
while the APAC and SA team that were already in playoffs have to play the 1st seeds of the group stage (harder matchup)
