CS LANS feel like a Football stadium with fans cheering for their teams
VAL LANS feel like late-night shows with clapping backtrack.

It's kind of Riot's fault to not going all in VAL's first LAN with the crowd, no advertisements, no ticket sales promotion, and not even choosing the best spot for the event when places like japan and brazil or even NA could have had a higher crowd turnover. I hope champs is more hype
This is a difference of 30000 ppl stadium and 3000 ppl stadium lol its not specific to a game.
and the game now has almost doubled its active player from 4 years ago, iem cologne 2022 was the most watched non major in the games history, very weird for a dying game
its huge in europe (both western europe and eastern europe unlike league of dogs), brazil and its big in china but they suck
It doesn't matter that much when the region is EU/CIS tbh. Csgo still big on Brazil as well
And since cs lans of big events cameback in 2021 the views have been 1 million+, this had never happened. I dare say csgo is at its best moment since the launch
yes, they said that Istanbul would have a full crowd so probably more seats than in Copenhagen.
it is a dinosaur old game (no offense btw, just don't really have the word to describe how old cs is) vs a 2 years game
Atleast Valorant has started to held LAN with crowd. We'll see how Istanbul goes since Alfajer is playing in his home country so it will be easy for Fnatic. One thing for sure, when franchise league started, it will be on LAN every week
