My prediction:
The nerf is not enough.
-Trademark rarely gets activated so the slow field reduction does nothing
-The ult point increase is alright if you disregard the fact that chamber players already has an op when they get the ult, and when they use the ult is when they're on an eco, which rarely happens. Also the slow field nerf is alright if you disregard the fact that teams will not push into a chamber anyways regardless of slow field.
-sheriff nerf is alright. Now chamber players has to either buy no bullets and trip+gun/shields or 4 bullets+trip on pistol and they can't consistently pull out their pocket guardians anymore on save rounds.
-tp nerf is nothing. As long as chamber still gets that free tp out of sticky situations, he still is op and will still get consistently picked.
Chamber's synergy with the op needs to be severed if he is to be balanced at all. In my eyes, buffing the op so other agents can also use it along with these nerfs will finally pick chamber back to his place.
