Since China probably won't make the cut for this years partnership, how long till they expand? & decide to probably do all regions at once
LCS (NA) & LEC (EU) has been franchised since 2018/19 with 10 teams & they haven't expanded
while LPL (China) started franchise with 14 & are now at 17 teams
