Would you rather have what Riot have proposed with region lock players or have Riot give incentives to have local players?
Suggestions:

1. Have a % buff on the final placing prize pool based on the amount of regional players (# changes depending on region)
2. maybe they don't add skins or charms, but they do add sprays or calling cards for challenger or making it to ascension tournament & teams with local players receive higher % (# changes depending on region)

I like the leagues, but I'm sure riot can open them up to more players, & I'm sure eventually players/friends on their own will play as 5 & start getting better (or maybe riot should reserve some slots for full IT/PT teams?)

hope Riot allows substitute players to be loaned out to the regional leagues (so they don't get stuck on the bench/only get playtime in scrims) since they don't have to fight vs the partnered teams for the spots & if a team gets promoted with a loaned player they would have to fully purchase the player since Riot wants the full 5 that got promoted to play

after Champs I hope 3rd party tournaments use the swiss bracket format to show Riot how good it would be for international tournaments in 2023
