how do you deal with people when they don't peek in ranked? low plat high gold lobbies.

you peek and kill

but what if they don't peek? i get kills when i peek but they just hide and rotate fast.

depends on if you're ct or t-site
for ct they're right, no need to peek
for t-site, if you can entry do it yourself

util flush
either that or you peek them
or if you're on defense you can just hold an angle/rotate/coordinate a push with a buddy. this is all assuming you have commed that u know someone is there

W gaming is the solution

if they aren't peeking they don't have info, if you can get your team to listen then you choose a site to contact into together silently without util. Then they won't have rotates

scream at them like a drill sergeant

scream at ur initiators to get info

Use your util to clear those spots
