Shox felt like a temporary fix for me, just so they could compete in the major. Issue with na is how shallow the talent pool is, the lack of new talent. eu has the luxury of academy leagues and more t2 tournaments

yeah. NA CSGO isnt gaining like, any new players. Valorant took most of them, NACS is very hostile to new players and since nacs playerbase is only getting smaller theres a smaller pool of good players who may not even be as good as EU's pool of new players since theres a much larger pool of them.

yep. valorant releasing alongside the majority of orgs pulling out of na really nosedived the scene.
Used to be the likes of rogue, ghost, nrg, splyce, complexity, dignitas, optic, liquid, c9 etc
Now theres only liquid, col and eg as the main big orgs still in the scene
