It doesnt change that fact, but the context gives it a completely different connotation. If someone says “mussolini was right”, you’d be correct in calling them stupid, but if they actually said: “mussolini was right when he said sentinels is washed” then its a different thing

I didnt say analogies rely on semantics, I said that semantics arent the purpose of analogies and arent what people should be looking at when seeing one, and should instead focus on if the analogy makes sense from a conceptual pov. If, as suggested, you change my analogy to “the fact that mussolini was right happened because of the fact that mussolini said sentinels is washed”. That includes a cause and effect scenario, because it implies that if mussolini hadnt said that sentinels is washed then he wouldnt be right. Happy now?

those are not equivalent statements to the drx statement because to assume the person saying 'mussolini was right' is stupid assumes there is a known fact that mussolini was wrong. equating ur statement to the drx statement would assume drx didnt get lucky, which we dont know as they havent faced off against each other with a completed roster. equating ur statement to my get no bitches statement assumes i do actually get bitches which we again dont know so ur example doesnt really fit. i do get what ur trying to say tho, but no matter the reasoning after "drx got lucky ____" it connotates negatively regardless of context.
