Why Korea, Japan and China not same region?

EMEA has a HUGE advantage of so many teams, scrim and play each other all the time in tournaments, that's how they get better.
Why not group these 3 countries? Isolate each one is a big disadvantage

China isnt officially in valorant, im not 100% sure but i believe japanese korean and apac teams scrim each other. Idk why they dont merge japan and korea

Well... that's not how Riot's regional designation work. Even in League, each three countries are in their own regional circuit. We've now the opportunity to see all three in action with the East Asia LCQ on the horizon.

At the same time, I imagine that besides Korea and Japan being grouped up in APAC Franchising, China's potential as an independent market on their own means that they have the potential to be classified on a separate league.

bro they all scrim each other, we still don't know how the chinese teams are , but japan honestly just have a pattern of being too nervous and inexperienced. These games just show it, their fundamentals still too weak. Zeta really was their star team, sad to see they lose like that in the finals.
