If any team gets it, it's GE. They have struggled the most and have already invested alot into this venture. Vlt on the other hand maybe be an org but the owner isn't fully dedicated to the team so GE is a much better bet since they are the ones who are going to stay in the scene for the long term. Also they are the only ones who have managed to participate in APac every opportunity they got, ofcourse they play terrible but it's the best show india can put up so far.

Sorry to break your bubble but franchising doesnt care how good you perform or how long you had been in the enviroment, riot just wants orgs that have financial stability to sustain themselves for the longer run like 30-40 years although the franchising crontracts will change every 4 years, on top of that riot wants orgs that have large fanbase and tbh I also dont see any SA org get slot expect s8ul as a single org to get the franchised slot although they might get after joining hands with other org and not its not the best india can put so far as the old ge was basically 3v5 but the new ge will atleast be 4v5 and will be the best india could put
