switching to a new game, learning maps, roles, and strats for a team doesn't sound like the "break" he needs tbh
You guys are coping to much s1mple will not switch to valorant for so many reasons
you know that s1mple said it himself about moving to valorant if he wins the major.. and few months after he said that he win the major..
After his break why not
he's already indisputably the goat in cs now it's time to prove himself in another game
maybe, but he doesn't necessarily need to have 4 or 5 majors to be considered the goat. he has won all the best possible tournaments in cs + his individual performances are the best ever
he isnt gonna retire at 24 to valorant theres no way,i think anyone would take a possible cs major over any valorant tournament if they knew they could
Yea s1mple would love to play 20 matches and 3 international tournaments per year!
both are bad but val schedule > cs schedule
cs schedule you're literally being burnt out, tournaments every week, etc
maybe if cs schedule was better he wouldn't want to take a break
and he'll probably be earning a fat paycheck and his streams will easily be bigger than TenZ streams
He won't be getting more than he's earning from CS rn that's for sure, unless he decides to move to NA where he'd easily become the highest paid val player but that's not happening
s1mple buyout would be nothing compared to the sponsorships, investors and merch money that the org would get if it sign him
S1mple said if he was gonna go to an org it’d probably be in NA I think. Forgot where tho so maybe I’m capping.
CS salaries are much bigger, best pros earn up to 50k/month although they are not streamers and don't have dedicated fans like Tenz or Shahzam.
Why? Because there's a fuck ton of exposure, sponsorships and tournaments.
In Valorant you scrim 100 times more than you play officials. Who will offer big salaries for this piece of shit esport model?
Val pros for franchising get a base amount of 50k a month in NA...tf u talking about
NBA teams play 82 matches every season (much more if we're counting pre-season / playoffs), that's fucking real life sports, they travel from city to city every 2-4 days
BIG played 20 series this season (10 quals + 5 split 1 + 5 split 2) ONLINE, not travelling anywhere
Man this is just funny if you think about it
Nobody wants 20 matches per year like it's common in Valorant
Garbage system and you keep defending it
"3 international tournaments" is the best case scenario, even that's not guaranteed
What he is trying to say is there is a war in his country and he doesn’t have a stable home (I think)
No he's referring to the tournaments in cs. There's literally an international event every other week which means all the players don't get time to visit thier homes
yea imagine replacing deffo with a player who struggle vs regular immo 300-400+ elo
Bc he’s not used to the game like he is CS. If he grinded he could definitely be one of the best.
There is too much risk with valorant right now
First he is not good enough to compete in VAL atm
Second he can risk his legend GOAT reputation if he doesn’t perform as good in valorant as in cs ( high possibility that he will never be the best VAL player anymore)
Third money
Second he can risk his legend GOAT reputation if he doesn’t perform as good in valorant as in cs ( high possibility that he will never be the best VAL player anymore)
this. imo s1mple isnt gonna be even top5 valorant player in the world. imo he was just born for csgo mechanics. he can be great in val, but not the best. different mechanics. but maybe im wrong
I dont follow cs at all, everyone saying he won't go to val gets downfragged, is there actually a reason to believe he would switch apart from one cryptic line in a whole interview?
Since nobody take this Game serious it's possible he switch to Valorant for a while just to Chill, relax, steal paychecks and go back to his Main Game...
