what do u guys think about this roster
-Shahzam
+Sinatraa
-Kanpeki
+Zander
New roster:
TenZ (op, chamber/jett)
Sinatraa (Flex/Raze/Neon)
Sick (Flex)
dapr (Cypher/KJ/Viper)
Zander (Smokes + IGL)
this is the last time I will engage with a "sen rebuild" post seriously.
I think they should look forward to signing players from teams that don't make franchising for their rebuild (assuming they do, if they don't, then idk what they'd do tbh) Probably teams like ghost, maybe guard, maybe xset, luminosity, v1, knights, etc. They should not focus on the current f/a like zander and sinatraa bc by the time sen has to play again the market will be much better.
I think they could use someone like nismo, amazing flex and raze player, and make him play around TenZ's role like he does with koalanoob currently. (raze entry for when tenz plays chamber, support kayo for when he plays jett). Sick would stay at controller, Dapr would stay at viper/sage, but should pick up a secondary initiator role because it might be needed if the meta stays similar.
They have a dilemma with shahzam, because he's an important mediatic figure and there's still a good igl and player somewhere there, but currently he's a liability. Regardless of their decision, sentinels as an org needs a structure that enforces order on the players and doesn't give them as much freedom as they currently seem to have, shahzam currently looks like igl, coach and gm. Their style of giving the players the freedom worked at the beggining but doesn't seem to cut it now. They need to either get the players on board with a mindset change or drop them. If they decide to change IGL's, I'm sure there will be a lot of options in non partnered teams for when the time comes.

for the content fam that’s the only reason anyone cares about sen, i’m not saying it from a purely logical perspective it’d just make them fun to watch again. plus though sin has a better mental and mechanical skill than anyone on sen from winning and mvping overwatch league and international overwatch for usa
why would they want someone who hasn't played pro valorant in almost 2 years? also, what is with all the shahz hate? do yall have the memory of a goldfish? shahz top fragged the last 2 LANs that Sen went to and is the center of the team. also, why do yall think they are gonna make roster changes when they're still in the middle of the current roster change lol. they haven't changed their roster in over a year, then once they do bc people were complaining, people complain again since their team didn't instantly become superstars overnight. it takes time to build (btw every pro hates vlr bc of these types of threads)
