I think they're good enough to win as is.
It just felt like they didn't do their homework against Ghost.
They should just make sure to give their best during the game AND before the game
Also, people keep saying that 100T doesn't have a win condition, but I don't agree with that. Every team has a win condition. Like NRG's win condition is Tex. Whenever Tex does good they win. Similarly 100T's win condition is Will. When Will had a good game, they beat XSET, Guard and NRG. And when he didn't, they lost to TSM and Ghost.
So Will just needs to show up with his best performance
That's true but bang shows up in every single game no matter the result. Like he hasn't had a bad day yet. Will however has been very hit or miss so far. Some games he pops off (he won them the game against XSET) and some games he just cannot win his crucial duels (like against Ghost yesterday)
All other players on the team are to some degree very consistent. So Will is their bigger win condition imo
I been w 100T since they got asuna and dicey, so before first strike and of course through the roster hell. I think this match will be more favorable for 100T than their future matches in playoffs. I think they shine with prep time. Their prep seems to be better than almost every other team. However, when they don’t prep as well it really shows so idk how well they’ll do play the next day if they lose or even two days later if they win.
100t will potentially go to masters 2..
they gotta do their homework against Faze though which tbh simply shut down babybay and dicey and that's it. They gotta shut their plays down and veto them good. it's Xset after faze and we all know how that went.. so Will has to show up bug time and Bang aswell.. Derrek too i feel like he's been playing rlly passive and hasn't been able to put up good numbers? except maybe on Split on sage... but overall i think they all have to show up against FaZe..

Honestly, the team looks much better. Hiko wasn't playing well in the last year on the active roster.
My thoughts on the new rooster.
Bang is the leading man after Asuna; if he pops off, Asuna also does.
Like the old team, if Asuna has a good day, he is a menace. He is outstanding in his new role as support because of his experience as the entry, and he learned a lot from Ethan.
Derrek, Stellar, and Will are good, but their chance to be the MVP is significantly lower.
My problem with the new rooster is the lack of creativity in their plays.
I have not seen any Fade or Neon.
They stick to their most favorable agents.
But, in terms of playing style, Neon is between a support and an entry, aka the ideal agent if Shan could convince Asuna to play her.
Stellar should learn to play a Fade and Brim instead of Cypher and Killjoy.
So far, their tactics seem safe. They don't come up with out-of-the-box plays which they need to beat the top teams.

My problem with the team is that they are very vulnerable against Operator teams; they don't have Jay or Cryocell type of player. Against the absolute top, they rely on Bang to save the day if Asuna dies first, which still happens too often.
To summarize, their kryptonite is a good Chamber player, combined with the odd timing of a good Neon player (Optic Style).
Unless Derreck and Will carry the team, if Bang and Asuna die, I don't see them go far; they will struggle against Faze.
I feel sometimes stellar should play viper instead of bang on maps like icebox and breeze.. and bang could play flex or something?? just a thought cuz i mean stellar can play viper rlly good and i think they could get more value out bang if he's on some flex maybe kay o or something and put asuna on raze or neon with Will on chamber? smth like that? thoughts?
