Difference between Sentinels and M3C

I've been seeing a lot of comparisons between the two teams and how they are in the same situation but Sentinels get more hate.

1. M3C are dealing with lots of external issues beyond their control

2. M3C have identified their problems and are bootcamping to solve it and get back to form, Sentinels are in their homes, streaming and playing matches as they come with very little preparation.

3. M3C has a win albeit in their worst form ever.

No one is comparing these two teams outside of delusional sentinels stans wdym
