other teams adapt better?

honestly, teams are slowly and slowly relying less on their fragger and becoming more team oriented and they are doing it better than gambit because gambit's fragger doesnt pull his weight, i think rn to survive in this meta every team has to be one, no one can be weak otherwise the whole team is. optic is known for performing exceptionally no matter what, look at the time one of their members was struggling, they lost.

Bro their star player is literally Nats, a dedicated lurk player
Back in the old meta with Viper and Astra being so dominant, playing slow was the only way to win, and Gambit thrived in that by using Nat's defensive power and lurk on offense.
Now in the new meta with a more execute-oriented style, a lurker shouldn't be their star player, and they lack a duelist star player, so having trouble adapting to the meta might be a problem there.

people blame deffo but the whole team except nats is struggling individually and as a team
