Champs has 16 slots confirmed, heres how i think its going to happen
(+1 means 1 LCQ slot)
EMEA : 3+1
NA: 2+1
SEA/IND/OCE:2+1
KR/JP/CN:1+1+1 ( 1 for KR and JP each, 1 for East Asia LCQ)
BR/LATAM: 1+1+2 (1 for BR and LATAM each, 1 for the 2nd place LCQ thing and 1 for normal LCQ)
