There Are 19 agents in Valorant..fade is number 20 and chamber is 19.Agent 8 is still missing (Brim Is agent 1,Viper2,Omen3,KJ 4,Cypher5,Sova 6,Sage 7 and phoenix is 9) I wonder when they're gonna release agent 8.

My theory is: Agent 8 died on Omega Earth and will probably be revived by Sage when they cross over through the portal.
Seeing how they are about to cross over, Agent 8 might be the next agent to be released (hopefully a controller)
That theory doesn't really work because in the warm up cinematic the 8th locker is scratched out and i don't think they would scratch the 8 out if agent 8 didn't leave on bad terms
That's also possible. Then again, there's no reason to leave their name on the locker if the agent has been MIA for a long time.
Hopefully we get some answers before the year is over.
Edit: Or maybe he just died and the Omega Earth variant ends up joining the Alpha Earth team....
Maybe agent 8 betrayed Alpha Earth and agent 8 from Omega Earth joins the team

That list only numbers how many agents there are available to play but not their actual number designation in terms of lore.
Their designation is numbered by the order in which they were recruited by Brimstone (in the lore), and Killjoy is actually Agent 4.

agent 8 is the most poweful and mysterious agent. he can use the abilities and have the same appearance as the other agents, but he needs experience to mimic more agents. We often sense his presence in the lobby and sometimes on the leaderboard
