Ahead of the 2022 season, Giants revealed a rebuilt roster, retaining only one player from the previous iteration that had found minor success in the latter stages of 2021. The new roster thrived in the inaugural season of the Spanish regional league, topping the regular season but ultimately falling short in the playoffs.

Following Stage 1, Giants transferred Ondřej "MONSTEERR" Petrů to Acend Acend Inactive ALIVE Gilad Hakim musashi Alessio Xhaferi pyrolll Artur Minin cullumx Nikolaj Cullum Andersen chiwa Egor Stepanyuk in a trade for Vlad "Kiles" Shvets. With their new addition, Giants have been competitive in the league, and boast a 5-3 record at the time of writing.

ShadoW rose to prominence as part of the original FunPlus Phoenix FunPlus Phoenix Inactive SUYGETSU Dmitry Ilyushin Zyppan Pontus Eek ANGE1 Kyrylo Karasov Shao Andrey Kiprsky ardiis Ardis Svarenieks squad, with whom he played for the better part of a year. After losing his spot on the roster at the end of the 2021 season, he found a new home with Team Vitality Team Vitality Europe Rank #2 trexx Nikita Cherednichenko Derke Nikita Sirmitev Kicks Kimmie Laasner Sayf Saif Jibraeel Less Felipe de Loyola Basso .

Vitality were one series away from qualfying to EMEA Challengers in the first qualifier, and only two series in the second qualifier. A few weeks later, they joined the fray in the French regional league, but finished the regular season in fifth place, outside of playoff contention.

After their disappointing finish, Vitality parted ways with all players except for Jokūbas "ceNder" Labutis, which meant ShadoW was a free agent once again. He now rounds out the Giants roster, and will attempt to bring them to the top of the Spanish league.

The Spanish Regional League regular season has just crossed the halfway point. The team's next match is against KOI tomorrow, at 9 PM CET.
