VLR regional leagues in 2023

Will they have only 8-10 teams in each region?

If the season lasts whole year like in football better to make at least 16-18 teams in each region, am I right?
Btw rito planning to 'make in game mode' for radiants and immortals, so they suppose to take all semi-pros into regional leagues? So it would be like orgs Karmine Corp and Vitality playing with semi-pros or what?

Also regional leagues streams Mon-Thur while EU will be streamed on Fri-Sun, so viewers potentially can watch competitive Valorante every day during the year.
