basically it means that the map's barriers no longer exist and you fly around.
In a scrim someone might use it to fly out of a brim ult they're stuck in or something.
It's generally considered bad sportsmanship but a good amount of NA teams have been caught noclipping in scrims anyway

he didnt say that he thought they couldnt play against them, just that theyre untested against other reasons. I mean, TGRD was our first seed, first LAN ever, played pretty bad to be fair. Same point could be made about FPX, like, there was a chance they flunked out. TLDR just because they were first seed doesnt mean theyre gonna fuck the shit out of the other teams.

NA had a relatively new roster, one with covid and other problems, and a trash team qualified from the start of the year playing at champs

- that happened at 1 masters and it's not a thing anymore nor was it a thing at 2021 reykjavik, so that argument doesn't make sense.
