In brazil we had 3 women casting VCT/Masters and it wasn't that good tbh

Rejkyavik and Champions has a lot of females
Pretty sure mimi was casting in NA s1 and s2 as well there just seems to be more male casters as compared to females no idea though.
I have seen some of the t2 and t3 tourneys and all the casting talent there is meh even if they are males or females.
