Nade bro, you missed out on tenz, cryo/zander, and cned. Don’t pass up on daddyS. Some ungodly naysayers may complain he is “untested,” but give him a few months and he will be a monster. If Will doesn’t show up as an awper/jett. 100T Kenny, u feel?
Telextro_786 [#2]as a 100T fan, ofc it would be a good pickup but again the org would get shit on for dropping a player even though their roster just formed so its kind of a dilemma there
100T is already getting shat on for roster changes before. I think a minor setback in reputation will be worth someone like Kenny

if they didn’t get wardell then they aren’t interested in kennyS lol

Actually valid point
Matrix13e [#9]hes 26. not like his 30
I was just curious, cause people say he’s washed in CS so I assumed he was older.
factsonly [#10]no because not 2020 anymore the meta is keep changing, in order to be a top duelist you need to play All duelist and have awping skill on jett
I don't think kennyS can play raze

not that i agree with their philosophy. ironic, too, considering 100T wanted an awper who’s better than asuna. i don’t think will is that guy, although he will be a decent entry player. ultimately they whiffed on the best NA awper available, and i think they’ll regret it.
i think V1, on the other hand, will do great. Shit, I could even see Wardell picking up KJ and Sage on a couple maps if they absolutely need it (to mirror Wippie exactly). He’s awped on Sage before, although with less impact, and I’m sure he’s eager to prove that he can awp on KJ just like mitch, steel, and nivera.
This is his first team since peak 2020 Drone/Subroza that has players similar to him in skill. He wouldn’t have to carry every match, just focus on doing his job. I’m very interested to watch him in this Open Qual, assuming Wippie doesn’t get back first. And I want absolutely nothing bad for Wippie, but it would be cool to see Wardell stick with V1 if they perform well.
LouBag [#11]I was just curious, cause people say he’s washed in CS so I assumed he was older.
yeah, he’s 26, which is stereotypically old in CS. then again, Cadian and Device are also 26 iirc, and older players have maintained their skill awping before.
for kennyS, it actually comes down to being washed, which isn’t solely dependent on age. personally i think his quick flick play style isn’t as sustainable with age as careful smart awping, but idk.

well said brother. I also have copium that since Kenny is a "new" val pro player, he still has time to adapt to other agents (duelists), whereas wardell, has been playing val for so long now that he has cemented himself as a jett. Kenny still has a particular playstyle from CS but what do you think
UnrivaleD [#16]kennys tried valorant and didnt work out for him
What do you mean? He plays for fun casually and played for Team France 4 times, and had very good stats (I know stats aren't everything). He never sought a real top team, although he said he had many offers. Recent reports said he's entertaining an offer from OG.

when he got dropped from g2 and didnt get a gd cs offer , he played val and figure out its not really what he liked , he said it in stream(he was asked in french i still remember)

I recall that he said that he didn't want to pursue Val at that time because he wanted more from CS now. Perhaps he has accepted CS for him is done and now he moves on to Val. We shall see.

i mean if he has motivation , im not saying he cant go pro , he can if he put in the hours ofc, as he will do only time will tell
NajibRazak [#22]Ngl Kennys won't be that great here. Hs is already having problems with the nerfed awp I don't see him being able to use the op as it's even slower than CSGO awp
True, on stream he seemed to be doing well (not that ranked is everything but its undeniable its some indicator) and in the Team France matches vs tough competitions (team cis for example) against ppl like nats and shao he looked decent.

Watch the video of Nade explaining why they didnt get wardell. He said he didnt fit into the team chemistry wise
