What do you think Japan lacks

I havent been watching the game, so im asking if there is a lack of raw aim, or is it a gamesense/strat issue, or both? What keeps japan behind as a region in valorant?

good coaches who teach players kinda like mce did to guard, mechanically zeta is very good imo they just lack in the other parts of the game, as long as the problem isnt a lack of firepower I still have hope for them

probably that they are isolated and can't really scrim with other regions

need a good coach with actual experience ( no offense to the japanese coach ) , even with a translator and they should improve a lot.

good coaches, also need to work on mental. I feel like they're not very confident in themselves when things start going bad and forget fundamentals.

Anti strat and how to handle the game when they get Anti-strat'ed. Maybe because lack of vod reviewing. That's all, their mechanics are kinda insane.

Zeta have lost more ecos than gun rounds, i dont understand how this is possible
