They should be qualified for next Masters automatically anotherwise all the efforts was for nothing and it's also Riots fault for not doing something to prevent this like changing the Location.

Unfortunately, and through no fault of their own, FunPlus Phoenix will not be able to field a complete roster in Reykjavik. While we want to be as accommodating as possible, there is a need to ensure a minimum level of roster continuity out of fairness to all participants in the competition. We want to congratulate the team on a strong performance and will be evaluating how to recognize their achievement with VCT points and a portion of the prize pool.
In light of this development, Team Liquid will be invited to participate at Masters Reykjavik as representatives of the EMEA region. This will ensure that all three EMEA slots are occupied by teams from the region.

Changing place can help, because a lot countries where Russians can arrive (Turkey for example)
And I agree that all this does not will be solved until next masters (And sanctions will not be lifted until 2023 minimum imo)

team secret didnt go to champions because they couldnt attend masters. team secret qualified over paper rex because they had the same circuit points + team secret was first SEA seed

TS is qualified to champions because they have the second highest circuit points in APAC. whether they attend masters 2 or not they are still qualified to champions.

3/6 can travel to Iceland. Ange1, Shao and suygetsu can't but others can, 3/5 will be the same players as the Challengers roster, what else is needed?
