I think cs is much much easier than valorant. In valorant you gotta deal with a million more things than what you have to deal with in cs.
I have changed my mind Csgo is not easy either
Bro your post is basically this noob bait but worse

Anyways just go through many of the replies if you're genuinely interested to know, e.g https://twitter.com/sapphiReGG/status/1489407559383633922
Fair enough
Many replies are just disagreeing without adding anything new into it but I once stumbled upon a thread explaining the differences in both games, the skill it requires when using utilities and te fact that its simplicity what gives complexity.
The more randomness a game has, the lower the ceiling
Can't find it now tho
E: nvm
utility aside, cs is miles harder
but even with utility in the discussion, when you think about the utility, utility in valorant is miles easier to use consistently. it's also way more powerful
while it may be hard to deal with the utility, you have the same ability to use it on your enemies and you know what's gonna happen
you know reyna is going to bang, you know jett is gonna dash, etc
valorant is predictable, utility is easier to use, and the gunplay is a dumbed down version of cs' gunplay
Being harder and having better players are two different things. In CS there are no variables every agent has the same kit, you don't have to expect different things from different players. "The jett might be here, let's do this"; "The Sage could wall here", "there could be a cypher trap". In cs you only have to speculate the amount of people and the weapon they have.
No. CS is harder imo because AIM gap is REALLY BIG + is harder to be good because the META is CS is almost same every year, so to be a Pro Player you need to master every single fundament of this game really is very hard. Valorant meta changes every month so It's more easy to be good at new meta + train and Innovate.
CS: Harder + AIM Gap because people mastered everything already
Valorant: Easy to be good but harder to master + creativity that makes difference in game style.
CS have a big skill gap right now while valorant doesn't.
In CS a pub level 20 will not click against a Pro Player but in Valorant pubs can really destroy any pro player.
So because of the often meta changes in valorant, there is not gonna be a definite top team for a long time like astrallis was in cs. Thats kinda stupid and sad. I was hoping for sen to keep dominating and win champs this year but I think upsets are bound to happen. Same reason they lost to kru in champs even though they are better players
CSGO feels way harder just because of how many lineups you need for smokes, molotovs and flashes. Like pro players can smoke almost anything from multiple positions. You can easily learn Sova lineups, but learning smokes is pain in the ass due to there being so many jump, run, sneak, crouch jump throws and overall CSGO skyboxes and all suck ass at times. Crosshair being 1 pixel right or left can completely change where your smoke lands lol.
cs is harder rn imo. but thats because as a franchise its been played for 20+ years. and a lot of the maps have been played for so long as well. eventually valorant will be as difficult as cs in the future, adding more and more agents and adding agent bans will give a new layer of complexity to the game.
as it stands right now, cs is more about perfection, valorant is more about adaptability.
