Success is a mix of dedication (hard work), experience (time) and an amalgam of an almost innumerable number of congenital factors.
I suspect the congenital factors are close to insignificant since gaming is a recent event in humanity. There nothing to "inherit" directly from our ancestors. Maybe indirectly but that's a harder thing to study, and I personally find it hard to believe genetics takes any significant place in esports success.
My guess and personal answer to your question would be that, unlike many other women (compared to men), successful women in the scene grew up playing since a very young age, like many male pros you could think of in the scene right now
