how should you categorize elo?

low elo: Iron1 - Diamond3
mid elo: Ascendant
high elo: Immortal+
low elo has categories though

iron-gold has the same level of skill
plat 1 players are either hardstuck or gold 3s on a winstreak
plat 2 - diamond 3 all looks the same to me

there are d3s that are genuinely more gifted than a lot of ascendants, and there are also a lot of d3s that look entirely lost
