I don't really understand why Team Liquid didn't ban Bind unless their Fracture is completely ass. Acend wasn't crazy on Fracture either and they dominate Bind.

TL have the same poor coaching choice that NV did.
They decided to make their perma ban a map the NEVER play so they are inflexible when it comes to pick and bans.
This will allow every team to pick their best map. That puts them in a rough spot. Especially since bind is practically a free win for acend.
