how can i look more feminine when all of my clothes are masculine?
idk
all i can think of as a woman who wears pretty much exclusively sweatshirts and sweatpants and doesnt do makeup is your hair and accessories, learning makeup would also do it but i cant speak from experience on that because i've never done it. can also do targeted work outs for a more feminine body type
Skincare is very key as well. Honestly, you can look feminine with masculine/tomboyish style if you also work out. As weird as it is to put it this way, but your silhouette is what counts when trying to look masculine or feminine from afar. If you hasn't done so already, get a nice workout routine going so you can accentuate your physique. Cardio is always a go-to, but don't overdo it as this can make your silhouette shape too narrow which can give off a more androgynous look rather than a feminine look.
Some of your masculine clothes can be styled in a feminine way. It's all about proportions and accentuating parts of your body. If you are a fan of baggy clothing which hides your silhouette, think about how the top is cropped or where the waistline of your trousers reach because even these details can adjust the way your body looks.
Lastly and this might sound like a copout, but it's all about confidence. You need to feel comfortable with what you wear and be happy with the wardrobe you build.
idk if this would be helpful but something that helps me with styling is pinterest boards. i usually search up celebrities+characters who's style i admire and just add what i like. for example, hayley williams from paramore has a style i really like and we have a similar body type (aka we're both short lol), so i have lots of pins of outfits she's worn. it helps when i'm shopping to find similar pieces or just have a better idea of what goes well together. sometimes i even just search up "[item of clothing] outfit" if i'm trying to make an outfit using a specific piece i already have.
i'm someone that doesn't like Full Beat makeup (i don't like the way foundation feels on my face), so my general makeup look is tinted moisturizer/cc cream, a bit of blush, a clear brow gel, and mascara. sometimes i'll add a smudgy eyeliner using eyeshadow or pencil liner. of course, if you want to do a more Glam look, there's tutorials on youtube. as for accessories, i have a couple simple chain necklaces, a few pairs of earrings (some studs, some small hoops), and i mix n match. for hair, i love a bandana or cap with braids, although i'm not coordinated enough to do anything fancy like french/dutch/fishtail braids. just doing your hair in general adds a lot, whether its curling, straightening, using curly hair products, etc. also it hasn't been mentioned but doing your nails!! you don't have to do acrylics or anything, but even just a solid color polish can be a nice touch :D the most important thing is to just try stuff and find what makes you feel comfortable and confident! :)
