Its kind of terrible is it not, two teams have to play twice in one week every week. Like this gives their opponent a massive advantage, the team that has to play twice had less time to prepare for the second game and their opponents will have had a full week of preparation and will get an entire game they can analyze 2 days before the game.

It seems a little unfair doesn't it especially for the weaker teams like JDG who has EDG and Tyloo in one week or even a stronger team like FPX who have to play DRG and then XLG.

theres like a 3 day break between the FPX vs DRG and FPX vs XLG game

That's the problem XLG will have since the 20th to prepare for FPX and will get a game to analyze 3 days before the match while FPX will have 3 days to prepare for XLG without a game from the same week.

i mean i agree that val teams SHOULD play more but here it's less that they have to play more than once and instead that other teams don't have that disadvantage in the same time frame. just a very weird decision

except that the teams that didnt play twice last week will be playing twice this week so it evens out

fpx played once last week and this week they have a game on thursday and sunday

tyloo played twice last week and this week they will play one game on friday

eh the point I'm more focusing on is how two teams might not be in the same situation when it's their turn. FPX having DRG and XLG is vastly more difficult of a schedule than AG getting wolves and drg. but overall yeah if they can't win it's on them but the hypotheticals are what irks people
