I worked out a combined one where a player gets points based on their ranking in each list and then ranked them on their score:

TenZ is very good but the team plays 100% for him leaving him 100% in his comfort zone in the agent pool while Shahzam and Crashies do the exact opposite and has pretty much the same impact as him LoL

I don't see why you have to put your teammate on another role when he's probably one of the best players in that role. Obviously Tenz and Yay have to be on their comfort picks.
