I think yoru needs a major buff, pheonix needs a flash rework, chamber will need nerfs, kayo should have his flash noise a little louder

dude has an instant dash, and a worldwide alarm bot
I think his kit offers too much dueling capacity for a sentinel which pros will exploit, basically sneak in a duelist role that can also watch flank

think of those teams with too many duelists who dont want to play sentinel, now they can watch flank from anywhere WHILE providing value on the front line with their cracked aim
I think unless he gets nerfed cypher and kj will become obsolete, but thats just my guess

I think Chamber is a decent agent but it will take some time on pro scene to get perfect at his skills. He can awp, he can anchor, he can lurk, all his abilities just wider than KJ or Cypher's. hope rito will not nerf him.

Also KoreanOverlord puts killjoy in the same tier as Jett
thats why I put him so high, he can coexist with jett, and hes prob gonna replace KJ
who on S tier does jett get replaced by? no one
if KJ gets replaced (he's already really good), it's gonna be by a S tier champ
The dash isn't instant, and the guy isn't a "self sufficient fragger" on attack, which makes him def not viable in a duelist capacity on attack.
Watching flank seems the more obvious use case, as a kj/cypher replacement, and even they do what he can do, but just BETTER.
Yes I have. You can get killed while teleporting and your body ends up in the place where you teleported to, proving that the TP isn't instant.
You can see the online comparison videos, it shows there IS a time associated with the TP.

Why is chamber even included on a list when nobody has had a chance to truly evaluate pro impact with chamber?
I've played with several pro players in game and every one of them that played chamber bottomfragged. We have 0 clue about the impact on the pro scene. We all were wrong about yoru as well
In the first 2 days of his arrival. People dont know how to play against him OR how to best utilize him.
Impossible to say what pro impact will be.
Hell, pro teams ignored skye for months before she became part of the meta even after her nerf
cypher < kj on breeze and split maybe but kj is better on the rest for sure
Cypher is super strong on Haven as well and one of the best counters to Jett. Atm Fracture also seems to be a better Cypher map than KJ due to the presence of Breach. Ascent and Icebox are the only strong maps for KJ coz her ultimate is the best retake util on both maps.
