That's all. Makes sense that everyone can beat everyone, there is more competitiion in EMEA. Its also better this way imo.
GetsystheGr8 [#7]Lol 👍... maybe if NA had 400 million more people it could be as competitive as EMEA
NA already has a bigger playerbase than emea 👍
Xaves [#5]Europe has many countries that refer to different styles of play, NA only has USA and CANADA. The European level is more competitive yes.
most tier1-2 teams in europe are european roster not from a single country

NA csgo pros swapping games just to get dominated by EU 19year old fortnite players

Isn't the population of USA and Canada like 350 mil, is that really that different
ciro [#14]EMEA is just more unpredictable than NA, you never can tell who is gonna win, any team can win on their day
I don't think so. The teams that were good at the start of the year are good now as well.
Gambit, Liquid, Guild, Futbolist, Acend were all good since Vct stage 1 and are good even now.

Futbolist took a huge dip at stage 3 though

My point is that good teams have always been good and very few surprises have happened. Gambit were top of CIS and are still the best, Futbolist were the best at the start, had a small dip in stage 3 but now I think they are the best Turkish team at the end of the year following SMB roster shuffles. TH were the best team at the start of the year but considerably dropped after some roster moves changed their style of play.
There are considerably a lot of good teams like VGIA, Tenstar, Ldn Utd, Movistar who emerged towards the latter end of this year and will definitely contend in next year's VCT.
It's just the unpredictability factor that you mentioned is not present in EMEA as much as in NA, APAC or even SA for that matter.
