I respect his thoughts but I somewhat doubt the facts in the video. few years back I bought a live pvt room ticket of a former p@rnstar for 65 usd, however we ended up talkin about her experience in US p@rn industry. She told me how the industry is so harsh toward the newcomers, low pay, long contracts etc however the mainline industry is very professionally operated. She didn't mentioned anything about being forced (to enter industry). She also did mention about being uncomfortable for a role... but thats the part of their contract. You are free to enter but can't breach a contract like this. No doubt p@rn industry is banned in some countries for this specific reason. Ethically, you can't make someone to have s3x with you on the grounds of contract terms but if a country allows so.. then it is what it is.
so crux,
