theres a decent amount but they arent known for having tons of cs players either, they just have very passionate crowds that will cheer for anyone

we were supposed to have a slot in 2023 with ORDER x PWR but order spent all their money on csgo stickers in hopes that this would lead to higher revenues and more investors and they use the investor money on the VAL roster but there wasn't enough money for the investors so when val was finalising the 10 pacific teams they saw that ORDER had spent all their money and so they kicked them out.

basically there was supposed to be an OCE val roster but the org fumbled the bag.
